In Austria's largest ice park, we have plenty of ice and mixed options from easy to difficult in a small space. With the central location of the Matreier Tauernhaus, the natural waterfalls in the area are also ideal for climbing.

Program
1 day.:Meeting point and welcome at the Matreier Tauernhaus at 9.00 a.m. Here we will supplement the missing rental equipment and hike together to the waterfalls, which we will reach in about 15 minutes.
The East Tyrolean Ice Park offers beginners as well as ambitious climbers a good opportunity to get fit for the difficult waterfalls and mixed climbing.
2 day.:After breakfast we start back to the ice park. Ice and mixed climbing is on the program.
3 day.:Once again we stay in the largest ice park in Austria. We can respond flexibly to the individual wishes of our guests.

Special offers
Courses are always difficult for me to organize because the group size and thus the minimum number of participants is often not reached. That's annoying, because some time was already spent on the planning and it's a shame if the course doesn't take place after all. That's why I offer those who can organize a group of friends or acquaintances a "treat" of -10% of the course costs.
The participants in smaller groups often make more progress than in large groups, so I have generally limited myself to a maximum of 4 participants on many courses in order to be able to get the best out of everyone.
Goal of the course
The aim of the course is to collect as many meters of climbing as possible in order to achieve safe and harmonious movement on steep ice. You will become familiar with the safe handling of the sharp ice tools, the rope and safety techniques will be trained.
The Matreier Tauernhaus serves as our accommodation.
